Our Solution
To meet the client’s demand for efficiency and versatility, we recommended our Integrated Screw Oil Press Machine equipped with vacuum filters. This all-in-one design is perfect for medium-scale producers. The process begins with the seeds being fed into the squeezer chamber, where a rotating screw shaft generates immense pressure and friction to extract the oil.
We included an automatic temperature control system in the seed oil extraction machine, which preheats the chamber to the optimal temperature, increasing the oil output rate. Crucially, the machine features twin vacuum oil filters that immediately clean the crude oil, removing sediments and foam so it is ready for bottling or further refining.
