Hydraulic Oil Press Loading into Container

Have you ever wondered how to turn locally grown oil seeds into “liquid gold” with minimal waste? This was the ambition of an agricultural cooperative in Mozambique before they upgraded their facility with our professional hydraulic oil press. By making the smart switch from labor-intensive manual methods to our automated solution, the client has successfully revolutionized their production capabilities.

This investment in a high-performance seed oil press has not only maximized their oil yield per kilogram of raw material but also significantly improved the purity and market value of their final product. The result is a thriving business that generates sustainable income for local farmers while supplying premium edible oil to the domestic market.

Customer Background and Needs Analysis

Mozambique is a country blessed with rich agricultural land, producing high-quality cash crops like sesame, groundnuts (peanuts), and sunflower seeds. The client operates in a region where these raw materials are abundant, yet most are being sold raw at low prices due to a lack of processing technology.

They faced a critical bottleneck: their traditional extraction methods were slow and left too much oil behind in the cake. To capture more value, they urgently needed an oil extraction machine that could perform “cold pressing”—a process essential for preserving the natural flavor and nutrients of high-value oils, such as sesame.

Their requirement was for a powerful machine that was easy for workers to operate with minimal training and durable enough for rural conditions.

Our Solution

To address the client’s specific goal of producing high-quality cold-pressed oil, we provided a tailored solution centered around our 6YZ Series Hydraulic Oil Press. Unlike screw presses that generate high heat, this machine utilizes hydrostatic pressure to squeeze oil out gently but forcefully.

The solution included a fully integrated system with a high-pressure hydraulic pump station and a solid steel pressing chamber. We also recommended a fine filtration unit to ensure the oil flowing from the cold press oil machine was crystal clear and ready for bottling immediately, eliminating the need for complex refining processes.

Taizy Hydraulic Oil Press Advantages

Our equipment was chosen for its robust engineering and simplicity. The hydraulic oil press is constructed from high-strength steel and chrome-plated parts to resist wear and corrosion, which is vital for long-term operation in Mozambique.

A key advantage of this machine is its vertical design, which occupies very little floor space while delivering up to 60MPa of pressure. We also customized the electrical system to match the local 380V/50Hz power standard, ensuring the motor runs efficiently without overheating.

Furthermore, the operation is incredibly simple—one-button start and automatic pressure maintenance mean that the client can process a batch of seeds in just 5-7 minutes with consistent results.

Customer Feedback and After-Sales

The arrival of the machine in Mozambique marked a turning point for the client’s business. Our after-sales team provided immediate support via WhatsApp and video calls, guiding their technicians on how to fill the hydraulic oil and set the pressure limits safely.

The client reported that the hydraulic oil press is working perfectly, producing oil with a rich aroma and golden color that has become very popular in local shops. They were particularly impressed by how easy it is to clean the machine between batches.

This success has allowed them to process tons of previously underutilized seeds, significantly boosting the economic standing of the cooperative members.
