The customer is mainly engaged in small and medium-sized edible oil extraction business, and the introduction of this screw press has realised the transition from traditional semi-manual pressing to automated equipment.

Colombia is located in the tropics and is rich in oilseeds such as palm fruit, peanuts, sesame, and sunflower.
Located in the Andean region, the customer is a long-standing small-scale processor of vegetable oils, mainly supplying home-pressed peanut and sesame oils to the local market.
The customer plans to expand its production capacity and improve product quality and production efficiency to meet the growing demand for orders. As a result, they were in urgent need of a compact, stable oil press that could accommodate a wide range of oilseed crops.

After the production of the equipment is completed, we shot a complete test video demonstrating the oil extraction effect of different oilseeds, and sent the packaging photos for customers to confirm remotely.
The equipment is wrapped with waterproof laminating film, internal foam shockproof treatment, and the whole is packed into a thickened wooden case, which meets the standard of shipping export to ensure the safe delivery of the equipment. Before delivery, the customer can check the running status of the equipment and the packing process in real time by video phone, so as to realise ‘remote inspection and worry-free delivery’.
