Pure physical low-temperature pressing: enormous physical pressure (up to 60 MPa) is applied directly to the oilseeds within the barrel, slowly and steadily extracting the oil. The entire process generates minimal heat, effectively preventing high temperatures from destroying the nutritional components in the oil.
Exceptionally high oil yield: particularly for high-value oils like sesame and walnut, oil extraction rates can be increased by 5%-8%.
Automated operation and food-grade standards: simply loading roasted oilseeds into the barrel and pressing a button to automatically complete the entire pressing process. All components in contact with oilseeds and finished oil—including the barrel and trays—are constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel.

It is then loaded into a standard, sturdy fumigated wooden crate specifically designed for ocean shipping, with photos provided to the customer for confirmation.
Real-time video inspection: before packing, we proactively invite the customer to join a video call, allowing them to inspect every detail of the machine in real-time and from all angles.
